Movement Disorders Congress 2024
Members of the team attended the Movement Disorders Congress in Philadelphia this September over several days filled with exciting developments in movement disorders research, inspiring discussions, and promising new collaborations. It was a wonderful opportunity to gather as a team and engage with peers from around the world.
Several members of our team presented their work at the congress, sparking lively discussions and interest from the research community. Harris Sotirakis, Salil Patel, and Oliver Bredemeyer showcased their posters, attracting attention from experts across different disciplines. Meanwhile, Chrystalina Antoniades delivered a captivating presentation on the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the management of movement disorders. Her talk eloquently addressed where we currently stand with AI in research and where we need to go. It was incredibly well-received, further demonstrating how OxQUIP is helping to push the field forward.
It was especially rewarding to see the work of OxQUIP being recognized throughout the congress, with numerous researchers and industry professionals citing our research and acknowledging its impact. Being part of a project that is making such a difference in the field of Parkinson’s and movement disorders is a tremendous honor.
